July 3, 2015, marked another milestone for Gurango Software Corporation (GSC), as its CEO and CTO, Joey Gurango signed a Software Development Agreement contract with Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corporation (MMPC) for the development of their Dealer Management System software. The ceremony took place at MMPC’s new office at No. 1 Auto Park Avenue, Greenfield Automotive Park, SEZ, Sta. Rosa City, Laguna.
MMPC is currently headed by Mr. Yoshiaki Kato, President and CEO, and Mr. Junya Masuda, EVP-Marketing (seen on the left side of the picture). MMPC has the biggest network in the country with 47 full-service Dealerships and the widest geographical coverage stretching from the Laoag City in the north to Zamboanga City in the South.
Living up to its commitment to provide Total Customer Satisfaction, MMPC is partnering with GSC to conceptualize, design and implement a DMS aimed at streamlining and standardizing its current business processes to make the customer experience at the Dealerships a more enjoyable one.
GSC has given its full commitment to deliver a concrete DMS solution that is tailor-fitted to MMPC’s requirements thereby addressing the organization’s pain points and eventually increasing its overall productivity.
The DMS solution will encompass the end-to-end operations of MMPC’s Dealers; from vehicle sales to service workshop activities, while building closer interactions and relationships with their customers. GSC believes the development of DMS for MMPC will help boost functionality of its dealers and thus, will gear towards sustainable achievement of total customer satisfaction.
